Seeding Ladders!
Player Challenge Rules for the Ladder
Players move up the ladder by challening higher ranked players and winning the match.
If they win they immediately move up 1 place above the player they have challenged.
If they lose, both players remain in the position they were in before the challenge.
Your first challege is a free challenge. This means that your first challenge can be a chalenge anywhere on the ladder. Following this, challenges are allowed one place above your current ladder position.
Players must respond to a challenge within 48 hours. It is up to the players to set up an agreeable time for the match to take place. Failure acknowledge the challenge could result in a walkover of the game in favour of the challenger
Matches are to be played within 2 weeks from the date of the challenge being acknowledged
The challenger is responsible to provide new tennis balls for the match
Rules for a Walkover
A player may claim a walkover win if they are unable to arrange a match at any time with another player due to the opponent being unable to play. At least 3 dates must have been offered to play on, and the oponent must have refused these days and not offered an acceptable alternative.
