booking process on

New members must first sign up on their own to the

added to the member list on UNAFFI.
Only then will you be able to make court bookings with the member
discount.

- Members wanting to play must book to guarantee court availability, bookings will have preference over non-bookings so please utilise the system to avoid disappointment. (If you are enjoying a game, on courts 1 to 6, that you haven’t booked and a someone arrives who has booked you will have to leave the court).
- Only one booking per member per day. However, that same person may be included in a booking made by another member on the same day.
- Members can make their booking right up to the start of the time they want to play. The system even allows one to book a session if it has already started and that court is still available.
- You are welcome to continue to play if the next time slot is available.
- Members playing with visitors : Add visitors to your bookings by adding their email address on top of yours. Visitors playing on their own can also make bookings and pay the visitor’s fee using the UNAFFI system.
- During Social, organised events and junior coaching the booking system will "block book" the courts being used for those events and make them inacessible (some examples being Wednesday, Saturday and Public Holiday afternoons from 13h00 onwards for all courts and Thursday and Friday mornings for some courts)
- Please cancel your booking if you are not going to play so that others can use the court.
There will undoubtedly be a few glitches here and there but we are
confident that, in the long run, it will accommodate us all and
improve our offering as a club, please report any problems or
forward comments to our Club’s email, best regards,
Your Committee (September 2023)
